INTRODUCTION

    FEMALESFIRST - a fashion boutique based in Singapore, operates solely online and is only accessible through her official FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, PINTEREST, WEBSITE & TIKTOK - social networking platforms. By accessing or purchasing her offerings from these sites, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUNDED by the following Terms & Conditions (TERMS).

    Please read these Terms carefully, the information provided is for general purposes only & does not claim to constitute legal or other professional advice and should not be relied upon as such. FEMALESFIRST does not accept any responsibility for any loss which may arise from accessing or reliance on the information on this site and to the fullest extent permitted by English common law. FEMALESFIRST excludes all liability for loss or damage direct or indirect arising from use of this site or products

    LISTING DETAILS

    • Details such as material & color are always stated in the description for a reason. FEMALESFIRST urges interested customers to take the time to read.

    • FEMALESFIRST is not obligated to share the material composition percentage of any of her listing.

    • Payment methods accepted:
        • Store Checkout
        • GPay (Only for Buyers from India)

    • There will be no privilege pricing for customers just because they are from the country of product origin.

    • Discussions regarding differences in pricing for same/similar product(s) listed with other brands/businesses will not be entertained and customers risk having their order(s) declined & blocked from further correspondence.

    • In the event that a restock becomes possible, prices may be subject to change due to fluctuations in raw material costs or other factors. Customers are encouraged to wait for official restock announcements before seeking further details.

    • Our saris are sourced directly from independent weaving households and loom houses across India. As such, Silk Mark certificates and tags are not provided with our products.

    • FEMALESFIRST values respectful and cooperative interactions with all customers. The brand's authenticity and reliability are demonstrated by the numerous positive reviews available for reference.

    • While FEMALESFIRST strives to provide excellent service, the business reserves the right to refuse demands that go beyond standard practices or compromise the efficiency of operations. Trust is built through consistent quality and transparency; therefore, no additional efforts beyond what is acceptable will be made solely to gain the trust of new buyers.

    DELIVERY

    • Buyers will be provided with tracking details as soon as the details reflect in the system.

    • FEMALESFIRST will not entertain constant requests for the tracking details.

    • The details will be provided to the buyers via email.

    • Buyers will not instruct FEMALESFIRST which delivery agent to engage, unless there’s a valid reason.

    • Delivery at checkout would be standard delivery. If express delivery is preferred, the need will have to be communicated to FEMALESFIRST prior to placing an order.

    • A custom invoice will be shared to the customer in the above instance.

    • Once an order is packed and handed over to the delivery agent, FEMALESFIRST's responsibility will be deemed complete.
      • For international orders, any issues arising within the buyer's country (e.g., customs delays or local courier complications) must be addressed directly with the delivery agent.
      • FEMALESFIRST can only assist within the scope of its operations, which includes ensuring the parcel is correctly prepared and dispatched.
      • Any concerns beyond this point are beyond the brand's accountability.

    DUTIES, TAX & IMPORT CHARGES 

    • Prices quoted on our website, social media platforms, or through direct correspondence are exclusive of any import duties, customs charges, taxes, VAT, GST, handling fees, or other government-imposed charges.

    • Buyers are solely responsible for any duties, taxes, fees, or charges imposed by their country, customs authority, courier provider, or any relevant government agency.

    • FEMALESFIRST is not responsible for calculating, estimating, advising on, or collecting any duties, taxes, or import-related charges that may become payable upon arrival in the destination country.

    • Failure or refusal to pay any applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, exchange, chargeback, or compensation.

    • Buyers are encouraged to familiarise themselves with their country's import regulations and potential charges prior to placing an order.

    REFUNDS & EXCHANGES 

    • All items are checked multiple times AND thoroughly before dispatch and collection.

    • Under no circumstance would any customer receive an entirely different item than the one they had purchased, nor items with MAJOR DEFECTS.
      • Refer to Section ‘DEFECTS’ on Page __ for what will not be considered defects & grounds for refund/returns/exchange.

    • Refunds are extended on a case by case basis based on technical aspects & not on buyers' personal satisfaction.

    • In an unfortunate situation - should an item arrive from the vendor destination country to FEMALESFIRST with notable deviation from original design, FEMALESFIRST will inform the buyer of it at the soonest.

    • If the buyer is not keen in moving forward with the order, order will be cancelled & the amount paid will be converted to store credits.

     

    • If a customer would like to reorder or make an exchange, the necessary would be accommodated to within reason.

    RESPONSE TIME

    • FEMALESFIRST is not on standby and does not operate 24/7, 365 days a year.
      • Demands for immediate responses will not be entertained & risk being blacklisted.
    • FEMALESFIRST operates from noon till 2200 hrs (GMT +8) on most days, weekends included.
      • Enquiries laid out before/past the operating hours will be attended to as soon as FEMALESFIRST is open for business.
    • In the instance , FEMALESFIRST missed out on any query, she would appreciate it if patrons highlight it to her in a polite fashion.

    OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

    • FEMALESFIRST prioritizes maintaining professional and respectful communication with all buyers. However, in cases where a buyer makes unreasonable requests or exhibits demanding & entitled behavior, FEMALESFIRST reserves the right to adopt a firmer tone to address the situation efficiently.
    • This approach is not intended to be rude or disrespectful, even in situations where payments have been made.
    • It ensures that time and resources are allocated fairly among all customers requiring assistance.
