FEMALESFIRST is an online boutique that is accessible only through its official Facebook (FB), Instagram (IG) & Website.

By accessing or purchasing the products from these sites, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUNDED by the following Terms & Conditions (Terms).

Please read these Terms carefully - the information provided is for general purposes only & does not claim to constitute legal or other professional advice & should not be relied upon as such.

FEMALESFIRST does not accept any responsibility for any loss which may arise from accessing or reliance on the information on this site and to the fullest extent permitted by English Law.

FEMALESFIRST excludes all liability for loss of damage direct or indirect arising from use of this site or products.

Modification of Terms

FEMALESFIRST reserves the right to amend, modify, to add to or delete any of these Terms at anytime, without prior notice, and such modifications shall be effective upon posting of the modified Terms on those sites.

Additional Terms

In addition to these Terms, important notices will be posted on the sites, should it be necessary.

Your access to FEMALESFIRST through the aforementioned sites -translates that you also accept the Terms, Notices, Disclaimers & Policies posted on those sites.

FEMALESFIRST reserves the right to modify these notices anytime.

The additional terms include, but are not limited to our Privacy Policy.

We stongly urge our consumers to read through the Detailed Terms & Conditions that follow.

In the event, a consumer fails to comply with the Terms that are explicitly set out by FEMALESFIRST, He/She would be

  1. Issued a Warning Note

  2. Blacklisted, Removed & Blocked from the Site

These actions are subjected to change, and do note that this list is not exhaustive as it only includes some of the most general forms of actions.

 

Product Enquiry

  1. FEMALESFIRST is not obliged to explicitly state the prices of its products (FB & IG). Instead, it requires & would appreciate and respond in a timely manner if consumers were to drop a comment/message below the product of interest, should they require details.

  2. Should the cost of the item of interest be unsatisfactory to the buyer, FEMALESFIRST strongly welcomes their feedback. This would help FEMALESFIRST better understand the spending capacity of her buyers. However, it MUST, nor should it be regarded as an obligation on the part of FEMALESFIRST to make changes to its prices. Discretion still lies entirely in the hands of FEMALESFIRST.

  3. In the event, a consumer is pleased with the information provided and decides to proceed with an order - further information about payment means would be provided.
     

Placing an Order

  1. Prices mentioned during the product enquiry phase is subjected to changes due to increase/decrease in vendor quotations. Especially if purchase is only made after an unreasonable amount of time into the future.

  2. FEMALESFIRST reserves the right to explain the change in prices.

  3. An Order will only be deemed COMPLETE  upon the FULL PAYMENT for the product.

  4. An Order will only be considered PARTIALLY COMPLETE (RESERVED) if a MINIMUM DEPOSIT OF 50% OF THE RETAIL COST IS MADE UPFRONT.

  5. An order will NOT BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE, nor taken into any form of consideration, if a full payment nor a minimum deposit is made to secure the order.

  6. Any form of arrangement that require FEMALESFIRST to place an order on behalf of the buyer, WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED WITHOUT A MINIMUM DEPOSIT OR FULL PAYMENT.

  7. The onus is on the buyer to provide the necessary details/accurate information.

  8. An order will only be considered almost complete if the payment reflects in the given Paypal / Bank Account.

After an Order is Placed

  1. As soon as an order has been successfully placed upon full payment/minimum deposit - FEMALESFIRST will convey this information to the buyer.

  2. If an order is placed for an item on Back Order, FEMALESFIRST would inform buyers the arrival of their purchase. Thereafter, the mode of delivery/self-collection would be discussed (if not done earlier).

  3. If an order is placed for an item in Ready Stock, FEMALESFIRST would discuss with buyers the best time to drop by for self-collection. More than usually after 3 pm.

  4. FEMALESFIRST appreciates the patience and understanding of its consumers during the waiting period for Back Order items.

  5. FEMALESFIRST would take all measures to keep buyers updated of their purchase & would appreciate if buyers do not CONSTANTLY require updates.

Collection/Delivery Options

  1. Buyers who opt for self-collection would be provided with the address to where their purchase could be collected.

  2. FEMALESFIRST is not obligated to go out of the way to deliver purchases.

  3. In the event self-collection is not feasible, FEMALESFIRST invites buyers to opt for delivery.

Defaulting/Backing Out from Orders

  1. Do note that buyers who back out from purchases/confirmed orders will not be entertained in the future.

  2. PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED at any point should buyers decide to Back Out.

  3. FEMALESFIRST IS NOT OBLIGATED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TO DO AN IMMEDIATE REFUND.

Refund & Exchange

  1. All items are checked  multiple times thoroughly before dispatch & self-collection.

  2. Under no circumstance would any buyer receive an entirely different item other than what they had placed an order for, nor items with MAJOR DEFECTS.

  3. FEMALESFIRST takes its buyers and their orders like its own & seriously.

  4. In an unfortunate situation, should a product not pass the quality checks with MAJOR DEFECTS, FEMALESFIRST will take all necessary measures to inform the buyer of the mishap.

  5. A full refund would be made within 3 to 5 business days - No Questions Asked. Unless the buyer would like a reorder, necessary measures would be adopted.

  6. If a buyer manages to spot a MAJOR DEFECT, it should be brought to the attention of FEMALESFIRST within 3 days of receiving the purchase.

  7. Should  the client require a refund, the PURCHASED ITEM HAS TO BE RETURNED TO FEMALESFIRST WITHIN THE WEEK OF RECEIVING THE ITEM. Any delays without bringing it to our attention WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED, & the sale would be considered SUCCESSFUL, TICKET CLOSED & NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OF ANY SORT.

Sale & Discount

  1. It is entirely in the discretion of FEMALESFIRST to provide discounts, hold a sale season or extent the sale season.

  2. Sale Items are NOT EXCHANGEABLE NOR REFUNDABLE.

Response Time

  1. FEMALESFIRST will take all measures to respond to all queries as soon as possible.

  2. Rest assured, all queries would be attended to within 3 to 5 working days.

  3. If FEMALESFIRST had missed out on any queries, we sincerely apologize & would appreciate it if customers could highlight it in a polite manner.

  4. In the event a Back Order item for which a deposit had been placed has arrived, FEMALESFIRST will take all necessary measures to inform and request the buyer to completed the payment and have it delivered or collected.

  5. FEMALESFIRST will only inform the buyer THREE (3) TIMES ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE PURCHASE. FAILURE TO RESPOND WOULD ALLOW FEMALESFIRST TO AUTOMATICALLY DISPLAY THE ITEM(S) BACK ON SALE TO THE MASSES AS READY STOCK.

  6. NO REFUND WILL BE CREDITED TO BUYER IN THE AFOREMENTIONED SCENARIO.
